Multifunctional and adaptable It is suitable for workpieces with an angle width of 250mm, especially suitable for welding angle and surface grinding of large and medium-sized sheet metal boxes; it can realize external corner R-angle grinding of 1~15mm, meeting the processing needs of a variety of complex workpieces. Can be customized according to customer requirements.


2. Efficient edge processing
It is suitable for workpieces with an edge height ≤400mm, and is especially suitable for processing the R angle of the edge of the part. It can achieve a grinding effect of R1~15mm to ensure accuracy and consistency.
3. Precision small workpiece processing
It is suitable for workpieces with edge and corner heights ≤100mm, and can grind the edges and R-angles of parts ranging from 1mm to 15mm to meet the fine processing needs of small workpieces.
4. Flexible surface treatment capabilities
It is suitable for workpieces with a width less than 100mm (can grind the upper and lower surfaces at the same time), and supports welding seam grinding and surface brushing. It can handle external corners at any angle, and the height is <100mm. The R angle range can be adjusted to 1≤R≤30mm. Equipped with 3 grinding heads, it can work in any combination.
